To The Men of Vancouver:

It has come to our attention that as the summer temperatures rise, so do certain urges. However, the manifestation of these urges in certain acts is unacceptable. The full and decently clothed fairer sex should be able to enjoy their independence and walk the street alone without fear of the following: being hooted at, whistled at, subjected to loud and honest scrutiny, on the receiving end of 'kissy faces', being yelled at from cars, and worst of all, being nearly run into by a vehicle in order to get our attention. We have concluded that this attention is not desired for any reasons pertaining to our appearance, but rather the fact that we have different parts than yours. And as you value your parts, you may find it prudent to keep your damn hooting to yourself or things will get ugly.
